Your first point of contact will be with our friendly, informative, and highly knowledgeable Emma. Our experienced and savvy sales lady who will provide you with all the information you seek. Once you have received a phone call from Emma, she will greet you with a friendly and welcoming manner, and will ask you some questions.
These questions involve enquiring about your particular requirements and what inspired you to choose Vanlife Customs UK Ltd. This is where we will start planning your campervan conversion. Emma will continue the conversation by finding out more about the van you own. For example:
Further details we will require will be whether you have a current internal setup and what is involved. You can expect Emma to ask if your van is lined, insulated or carpeted. We ask these questions so you can rest assured your van will receive our five-star guaranteed campervan conversion service. Furthermore, we will discuss how you see yourself using the van. We will also give you a background on what it is like to be part of the vanlife community.
Going onwards with the call, Emma will discuss colour options. As well as colour, any additional amenities involved will also be talked about. Amenities such as electrical appliances, gas and water installation. Perhaps you’d like a fridge added? A sink, hob or overhead furniture. Whatever your requirements, we are ready to hear all ideas you have in mind.
Once we have received all the relevant information we need, a date to visit our workshop in Devon is arranged. Appointments to our workshop are done depending entirely on your availability to avoid any disruption to your schedule. A quotation will be drawn up and sent to you. A 50% deposit is required and once the deposit has been paid, a build date will be secured.
Liam, our designer of the u shape furniture will be in contact with any further technical questions and design queries. The finer details as such. The design and installation process will take between 2-6 weeks depending on the scope of work required.
