Vanlife Customs UK Ltd designs, manufactures and supplies the unique U shape campervan furniture based on the beautiful coastline of North Devon. Our U shape seat to bed furniture is designed around the VW Transporter SWB and LWB campervans (commonly VW T4, VW T5, VW T6 and VW Caddy).
However, due to the ever growing popularity of converting the panel van into a campervan – we can design our U shape seat to bed to most vans, even micro campers, so all of our customers can enjoy the vanlife and campervan way of life.
Our unique U shape seat to bed furniture is designed, hand-made, built and finished with a very high attention to detail and using high quality, premium lightweight ply and materials resulting in the highest level of craftmanship by Liam at our workshop in Bideford, North Devon.
In addition to our U shape seat to bed furniture, we design and hand build kitchen pod units, overhead locker style units, ply line, insulation and carpet, install electrics, install gas lines, supply DIY gasline kits, supply and fit appliances (fridge, sink and hob).
Our method of production is to design and make the furniture to the actual contours of your van, all vans are lined and carpeted differently, therefore we ask you to leave your van at our workshop for an agreed period of time (current leadtime is 4-6 weeks, subject to work being carried out and availability of materials).
All our products are hand crafted into fully formed furniture – we do not make “kits”.
We are a family run micro business based in North Devon. All our team members have their own vans VW T4, VW T5 and VW Caddy which we use daily. We are vanlife enthusiasts, not only do we regularly attend VW festivals and organised events, we use Vanlife daily, weekends and for our holidays…..therefore we absolutely “get it”.
